1.1. GENERAL

- Increase the expansion of the work opportunity and labor protection.
- Increase the food endurance and the income of the community.

- Increase the quality of the younger generation's skills and sport prestige.

service quality which cover for the city community as well as the
understanding of the community about the healthy environment and the

Excavate and increase the cultural local

- Realize the quality of the life and the protection for women and the child.
